Technical Writing

Below are three samples of technical writing from a client who runs a local auction house. They expressed a desire to create a way to stop interruptions and unexpected drop offs by clients, as well as a way to curve time spent cleaning items before photographing and posting them. We developed several procedures, such as a dedicated drop off window as well as a cleaning commission, to address these concerns. Below are two examples of customer facing communications as well as an internal process outlining key points in the new drop off procedure.
